How do I schedule an appointment?

​

To schedule an appointment with Brow Standard simply check the booking page for availability and times.

​

DEPOSIT POLICY

​

A $50 deposit is required to hold your requested appointment time. The deposit will be applied towards your appointment cost. If you do not show up to your appointment, there will not be a refund of your deposit and another deposit will be required for future bookings. Deposits do not roll over if you cancel within 24 hours.

BROWS

​

Which brows are for me?

​

This depends on your existing brow structure and personal preference! At the beginning of your appointment, there is a consultation period where we will discuss your brows, skin type, brow goals and provide professional recommendations. We will guide you to make the best decision based on our experience and your preferences.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A PROCEDURE?

​

You are not eligible for brow services if you are: pregnant, breast feeding, diabetic, if you have glaucoma, skin diseases, keloid disorder, HIV/Hepatitis, skin cancer or if you’re taking skin medications like steroids. You must also be 18+. Please visit the contraindications page here for more details.

DO WE TAKE APPOINTENTS OUTSIDE THE STUDIO?

​

We are unable to accept appointments outside the studio do to Nevada state health board regulations. We only take appointments in our studio location.

 

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

 

A new set of brows will always require at least two sessions to achieve the best results. The first session is the initial consultation and appointment, then the second session is a perfecting touch up. Some people may require an additional touch up. 

 

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY TOUCH UP?

Your perfecting touch up should be at least 5 weeks after the initial session, once the brows are fully healed we can analyze and enhance your results.

THINGS THAT  MAY IMPACT YOUR RESULTS

​​

Sun Exposure:  Direct exposure to the sun will cause unnecessary fading. You will want to use a special sunscreen for your Microblading and avoid prolonged activities in the sun for at least 5 weeks. ( water skiing, hiking, beach, running etc.) 

​

Oily Skin: Increased oil production can cause hair strokes to heal lighter or powder like & strokes may appear blurry & not as crisp.​

Excessive Bleeding: Excessive bleeding during your Microblade procedure will have a great affect how your body retains pigment. It is very important that you follow all brow preparation in order to avoid excessive bleeding. This includes avoiding alcohol & caffeine 24 hrs. prior to your appointment, As well as any blood thinning medication. Please vising our care page here for specific instructions

 

Smoking: If you smoke, there is a higher possibility of premature fading.

 

Metabolism & Age: Your chances of fading are increased with a faster metabolism.
